Let him know you aren't happy with the time change, and that you are extremely disappointed that the good name of the Power Hour has been hijacked apparently with their blessing, and of their doing.
Please share your experiences here, along with any thoughts and advice that may be helpful to others who will be calling GCN.

I just spoke with Adam Miller. He stated that GCN owns the show (and the name). I asked him why this other show is using the name of The Power Hour. He said it was because they thought it would be less confusing to the listeners. Of course, I responded by saying it's very confusing, and comes off as deceptive. He stated that that "There is no conspiracy to soil Joyce's name or to steal the listeners." His words, not mine. I made no mention of conspiracy or soiling Joyce's name.
He also stated that it was Daniel's choice to change the time slot and change the name of the show. I refuted by saying I heard Daniel state that the change was forced onto him. (I've not heard Daniel mention anything about the name). I told him that Daniel had stated he was given two choices; an earlier broadcast or the one he's on now. Mr. Miller basically stood his ground on that, adamant that it was Daniel's choice and implying that Daniel initiated it. Although, now that I reflect, I wish I would have made him spell it out for me: "Yes, Daniel came to us and asked for an afternoon broadcast and also to change the name of his show."
I suggested to Mr. Miller that the very least they could do would be to drop a ten second message into the breaks during the fake Power Hour letting the listeners know that the Power Hour (Nation) with Daniel Brigman is still here, just broadcasting in a new time slot.
He then voiced how frustrating the situation is, stating that "Of course we wish Joyce had not passed away" and that if it were up to him, he would scrap the show. (not sure what show he was talking about there). He then apologized to me for the situation, but claimed no part in any wrong doing. He's got a job to do and I understand that. We don't need to hassle him, but we do need to be heard. I would love to see an official statement from GCN regarding this situation.

Daniel hasn't changed the name of the show. The "Power Hour Nation" is his term for the listenership, and the web site. Joyce explicitly endorsed "Power Hour Nation" as a term for the listenership, but the show is still called "The Power Hour."

Well, it says "Power Hour NATION" on the various GCN website areas, the show's OWN WEBSITE is PowerHourNATION.com, so, devil's advocate, what more do you want? If it looks like a duck...

Well, it says "Power Hour NATION" on the various GCN website areas, the show's OWN WEBSITE is PowerHourNATION.com, so, devil's advocate, what more do you want? If it looks like a duck... I just listened to Daniel on air, and he clearly calls his show "The Power Hour," with no "nation." Personally, I think if Daniel were to switch to "Power Hour NATION," that would amount to conceding the Conaway show is the real Power Hour. GCN's position is that Daniel requested his show be called Power Hour NATION, but that doesn't seem to be true, according to Daniel's on-air dialogue.

I completely agree with Eleanor (thank you for having pointed that out) He says "Good morning/afternoon Power Hour nation, you are listening to The Power Hour. I'm your host, Daniel Brigman and I'll be with you for the next...". To my knowledge, he has never said "You are listening to the Power Hour Nation".
I think it can be safely assumed that "powerhournation.com" allowed for a new website to be placed and not override thepowerhour.com. That makes sense - domain registrations/transfers can get messy. Though the index page redirects to powerhournation.com, thepowerhour.com website is still intact.
I think you are also correct on conceding, Eleanor. It's all about the truth, ladies & gentlemen, and there is only one real Power Hour.
